As I am doing NCEA Level 3 Media Studies next year, and did it in level 1 I know how the work can quickly pile up and you find yourself facing the deadline. This year, I plan to be much more organised. Mainly due to the fact that I want this years project to be bigger and better than last years. See Meteor (My last years media project).

Next years project, from what ive heard is to be done in the Documentary style, between 5 and 8 minutes long and ‘captivate’ the audience. With a few VFX and good storyline, shouldnt be too hard .

Now, For my ideas:

I have thought about redoing a similar disaster genred Meteor documentary. I think this would be pretty interesting, street view as descruction rains from above, People running everywhere and best of all, Chaos. This could follow a few ‘groups’ of people. Done in the style of something like Cloverfield, but with smaller groups etc.

Or do something completly different, still thinking on any other ideas.

I will hopefully get a solid idea soon, so then I can realize some concepts and that. Hopefully within the next few weeks!
